SHIPPING
I use USPS First Class Mail for items weighing 13 oz and below. For items weighing over 13 oz, I will use USPS priority mail. I ship items using delivery confirmation so that the shipment can be tracked.
Shipping will be within 1-3 business days of receiving a cleared payment.
International Shipping: I will be happy to ship items internationally. Please email me for the exact shipping costs to your country.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns on items will be accepted within 7-10 days after the item is delivered. You must notify me by e-mail of your intent to return. Item must be returned, at the buyer’s expense, in the exact same condition in which it was shipped. (If received new: return with tags and unworn). Please note that I do not refund the original shipping cost or the shipping cost to return the item unless I have misrepresented an item and in this case, I will refund full costs. Thank you.
